The more you become aware of who you are, the more you are able to step into your full power

Supporting teams and executives in their transformation journeys has taught me one thing, the more you become aware of who you are; your talents, your (limiting) beliefs, your values, your imprints, your conditioning and your shadows, the more you are able to choose your direction in life and step into the world without your masks and into your full power.

This also means that you are aware of your impact on others and that you owe your own emotions, behavioural patterns, and choices in life. That, for me, is true empowerment.

That is where true leadership is born.

Over 25 years experience in Transformation in various industries. From FMCG to Retail and from Telecom to Public Transportation, I have had the privilege to work with professionals to make change happen. This started off with Digital Transformation in the early 2000 and expanded to M&A and Culture change, having an holistic view on change, integrating  both the rational and the emotional elements to are part of the process.

Case example:
Manager Integration and Change

Developed and implemented a 100 day plan for the integration of an acquired company. Collaborating and learning from each other was an essential part of the integration. The teams involved, operated worldwide and we collaborated with over 12 nationalities. The ultimate goal was  to successfully launch the purchased innovation and integrate and connect the business processes.
