MENTORING

It started with a spontaneously offer to have some extra curricular sessions about personal leadership, focussing on the Systemical and Transactional Analysis approach, during on of my classes in the International Business program of Avans.

The ‘masterclasses’ turned into pizza sessions in which students shared their experiences and we practiced with their own daily cases and challenges. This is where the magic happened, based on Trust and Vulnerability, they shared their stories and supported each other.

Working with students and young adults and having their trust to mentor them through their journey, from university towards their first job or starting their own company, is one of the most fulfilling experiences I have had and still have to this day.

Over 25 years experience in Transformation in various industries. From FMCG to Retail and from Telecom to Public Transportation, I have had the privilege to work with professionals to make change happen.
